I believe in a UX Design process that is data-driven and understands the motivations, behaviors, problems, and goals of the individuals we are designing for and how they relate to the needs of the business.  I put great effort into filtering complex problems into simple and actionable solutions which allows people to be more efficient with their time.

I feel that a robust user-centered design process, and a dedication to high quality visual design standards are important areas of focus that have immediate and measurable returns.  It is my goal to make products efficient, understandable, engaging and beautiful. 

Most importantly, Iā€™m a believer in collaborating efforts with development teams to determine timelines, resources, limitations and build-outs in test environments.
